Return Policy

Personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable.

We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.

The package must be insured for the purchase price. Uninsured items will not be refunded if they arrive damaged.

Once we receive the item back in like new condition we will issue a refund, however, there may be a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Wrong Item Received

We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any incorrect items.

We will issue a call tag for the incorrect item. The carrier will pick it up the next business day.

Once we see the item is picked up, we will send out the correct item that day.

Item is Damaged via Shipping Carrier:

We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any damaged items.

We will issue a call tag for the damaged item. The carrier will pick it up the next business day.

Once we see that the item has been picked up we will send out a replacement. If you would like a refund, we will issue that as soon as we receive the item back into our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Item is Damaged via Truck Freight

All truck freight shipments must be signed "subject to inspection" upon delivery in order to receive a replacement or a refund.
